'FernLightPark started with one simple vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza with Rome. The Rossi family launched our modest pizzeria in 1985, a place deeply embedded with family traditions and recipes passed down through generations.
Our founder, Marco Rossi, mastered the pizza craft by learning from the most revered pizza chefs in Naples—where pizza was born. After absorbing the culture and techniques in Italy, she returned to the UK with a commitment to bring that authentic Italian experience, insisting on age-old baking methods and the finest ingredients.
What began as a quaint 12-seat eatery has grown into a cherished community fixture. Nonetheless, our dedication to excellence and authenticity has remained constant. We still employ traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough daily from scratch, and meticulously pick the best ingredients available.
Today, 'FernLightPark is still in the hands of the founding family, with the next generation of the Rossi lineage infusing their zeal into our team. While we've adopted modern touches, our core mission endures: to serve delectable, authentic pizza that gathers friends and family around the table.
